The LCCM episode really skated under over the real economy, so to speak. That's a little bit like a stock market crash of 1987. No one on Main Street, I don't think, noticed LCCM. The Russian fall was prompted by certain states. It's very unique to that still and still today, struggling post-communist country. But anyway, but that's how markets reacted.
