CNN's John Defterios interviewed a number of top traders for his new book. He says he considered interviewing Steve Clark, who runs an arbitrage fund in London. But the interview just didn't work well and it wasn't going to be part of the book. The most honest trader defterios spoke with was one that ended up not being in the book at all.
