Make sure that there's at least ten thousand people per month searching for your topic. Make sure that there are actually some competitors in your topic that are already building profitable businesses. Because it's a lot easier to come into a market and differentiate and beat the competition where there's already a market, rather than recreating an entire market with no demand.
