Introduction

This is the first time Radio Mano Papa Chango and Rick Bioto have met each other in person. It's a really special experience for me I feel as much affection for this guy as it's possible to feel for someone that I've known briefly. He shares his knowledge and even more importantly his just unfiltered unrestrained appreciation and enthusiasm and love for music.
