CNN's John Sutter takes a look at some of the latest economic news. He says it seems like powell was signalling november taper, but now we don't know for sure. The next job report is expected to be weak, and that could mean tapering won't start until 20 22, he says. But if economy rolls over, which i think is his absolute biggest risk, Mr Sutter believes there is a probability this will happen.
