Is It a Prisoner's Dilemma?

Google more or less moved all android developers in the play store to 85 15. That's so much simpler than apple's sort of shift towards 15, which was to create the small business programme. And there's the public relations game of these two duopolists dancing around each other. It's like a prisoner's dilemma situation, right? We're maybe they're best off. You know, obviously they don't want to collod cause that would be, you know, illegal. Maybe it's in their best interests to just both stick to 70 30 for as much as they could, as long as they could. But eventually, somebody's going to break.
