Great Product Managers Know the Audience, Right?

Good product managers recraft their story based on the audience so that it connects better with who they're talking to. Decision making obviously kind of goes hand in hand with this and a little bit different, but basically having good judgment, making good decisions, et cetera. It comes down to recognizing that we're all susceptible to cognitive biases and let's try to avoid them as much as possible. But definitely there's some markers of greatness in terms of it just gets easier, right?
