Is There a Strategy for Disrupting and Dismantling Threats?
I gather from reporting that the strategy may also take a little bit more of an aggressive position on US government offensive cyber operations. I think there's going to be a component of the strategy that talks about disrupting and dismantling threat vectors. But again, we shouldn't let our minds run quickly to cyber on cyber activities. A cyber response to a cyber aggression is an important piece of the whole, but it's one of many tools.
