How to Make Crab Curry
I think I need to bring this back to my life in the UK. Crab curry really is so exceptional. It's something to do with the sweetness of really fresh crabs and this little dance that does with freshly milled curry powder like freshly toasted and milk spices also you know that's a whole revelation. You have to mess around doing it in the kitchen but it doesn't take as long as sourdough or whatever to do. Making crab with my mum buying them live and then killing them which I was frightened of at the beginning has definitely stuck in my mind.
