It all kind of starts with the eyes for me, which is, you know, a lot of animators, they start with the body and the head. For me, it's the eyes tell you what the character's thinking and feeling - whether they're happy, upset, sleepy. It's just all tied together. And it's so key to get that right. You have to do every note just right or it feels off. I think across the board you have a high level of artistry," he says.
