i think it's pretty natur that women growing up in this culture, girls, women, are going to internalize that, right? And how? Soe kind of, i know, the very least would be dissociation. The worst would be a really negative loathing type relationship to their bodies. That's all reinforced through alopathic medicine. Oh, you have a difficult period. We'll just put a giant bandate on that and put you on hormon blockers for the rest of your life. Like, so everywhere you look, the dominant messaging as ya, being a woman is difficult, painful, and all all you can really do is sort of grin and bear it.
