Russian History - The Inconsistencies in the Urban Centers
There has been a deliberate policy of recruiting people from more rural, more poor areas that are not in danger of causing political instability in Moscow and St Petersburg. If you look at Russian history, the urban centers are usually where revolutions stir and where the problems lie. I think for the war in Ukraine, it's absolutely game-changer as well. As far as what I'll be looking out for, it is definitely Lukashenko in Beijing. That would change everyone's calculations, central agent is absolutely huge.
