All around the world right now, the mediat focus is on ukrane. And what i found very funny, as an eastern european myself, is that it literally, literally took a whole mass of conflict for them to finally start calling us civilized. I mean, even if we look at japan, this is literally the most eastern country on the planet, but what is it considered? A part of the western world,. same as south korea, very openly. In most pieces that you read about is considered part of a, you know, this er, capitalist, civilized part the globe.
