Is There Only One Way to Build a SaaS Business?

Sometimes people assume that there's only one path to building a SaaS business. And I think it's more about understanding what drives you, what gets you out of bed every day and then choosing the right way to build the business. If we had raised in 2013, 14, maybe even 15, I think we probably wouldn't be here right now. But I will say this also, it's never been cheaper than to launch a SAAS company.
