I like to think of it from two different perspectives. The first perspective is the audience objective, because I also put the audience at the centre of everything. But then the other thing is, obviously, what are your objectives that you want to get from this? So the customer is looking to try and get a way forward in situation X. Maybe if it's that you're trying to build energy for a type of technology,. You know, maybe you're getting some more champions of that, this technology that you're kind of driving.
