The Differences in History and Politics of Fascism

I think fascism is a stage of parasitical monopoly capitalism. It doesn't exist in all countries, it comes at times of crises. The Americans have not fascist heaven one in the U.S., although they've tried. But on the whole, but the US obviously has supported,. like what are the Saudis? I mean, I would call the Saudis fascist, the monarchical fascists.
