i think a lot of people don't think about the insurance s being more like or we have, especially on the six unit here, we have loss rent. That's like a thousand dollars a year to carry loss of rent. But if a hurricane comes through here, i need to be able to pay still my mortgage rate. So om, the utilities ill go away ind that scenario. But so i'd have to pay for that.
