The Importance of Adapting to Change

The Canadian federal government actually has such an advanced and bilingual practice, one of my favorite groups out there. I think it's often easier for designers who see themselves that way. To say, oh, I need to meet my government career staff partners where they are. That is something that feels very aligned to somebody who practices UX in that way. It can be tricky if you are really invested in a tool set that you've curated or put together.
