The Future of Climate Change

In Scotland today, they're ramping the COVID fear back up because we're going to start trending down here in a couple of months back into the cold and flu season. The whole point of the climate engineers article from 2007 by an obviously approved Wilson Institute scientist who's holding the grant of the what you might call the father of anthropogenic global warming. They've been at this for a long, long, long time that they do this floating of, you know, balloons where they put it out to the public. Are they ready for mass scale geo engineering?
