Build Versus Buy - What's the Risk of Adoption?

What are you trying to solve? How novel of a problem is it? And how well does, you know, offerings that are out there solve that problem, or potentially solve that problem? You have to evaluate other options that are available. If somebody else has gotten their first, just use their stuff. Use your creativity in other ways. This is one that I have been struggling with in Databricks, which is who cares. Because I personally would love to build a bunch of cool stuff. But it turns out that you actually have to make money. So you need customer buy in, you need people to be invested, you need there to be a need in the industry.
