I Did My First Set of Nordic Hamstring Curls

LZ: It's been a, I would call it a cruxy week. So in addition to celebrating your 10-mile amazing run, I want to celebrate myself right here. And that's because I did my first ever set of Nordic hamstring curls. LZ: At the end of my 18-mile long run this weekend, my limiter was my hamstring strength. He says he wants to create a more well-rounded five-minute routine for athletes over the next few months.
