I would bring in, I had some volunteers that would come in who were ex-parametics or ex-firefighters or people that were struggling with trauma and they would just come and hang out the office. So it's like, now this wasn't just me I'm worried about. And at that point, I had gone on the bike ride, the 75th anniversary of D-Day, which was in France. We went over and we did a 600 kilometer bike ride for charity. Then we landed on June O'Beach to witness someone going back there for the first time and didn't cry a tear.
