The Fed's Future of Artificial Intelligence
The Fed is facing a very uncertain process. It's hard for them to really make policy based on some fantasies about the future that they don't have high conviction in. So I think the very near term implication for the Fed is that they're going to be more hawkish than was otherwise needed. And that's an argument that these cuts that the market wants to price in are unlikely to be materialized unless there's a big shock to the economy we haven't seen yet.
