I think body composition is what's gonna bring the most people into this. And then hopefully they're gonna realize being into it over a period of time, all these other benefits. So I'd just love for you to talk about the physiology. Can you talk a little bit about the physiology of why when somebody starts compressing that eating window, it's gonna help them lose weight? Yeah. Other than the fact that it's less calories generally, but not always. Somebody might make up for the time that they weren't eating and eat just as many calories in that period.
