How to Be a Beta

Danny Cevallos: "Never be a beta just never ever do it. It is death" He says alpha seminars are like sort of a short guy syndrome seminar that teaches you how to cheat on your wife or girlfriend. The only time they're good, he says, is in jail when people get shot for being betas. But even if there's any truth to his claims, what you actually get is a bunch of betas walking around with their foot down and bumping into each other at weird times. And the sooner you accept this the easier life gets as long as you don't accept it - which we've all done before.
