Is Time Running Slowly on a Ship?

The definition of now also depends on where you are and how fast you are moving. We know that moving clocks run slowly, so if a clock is moving at high velocity relative to you, you will see it's time running slowly. But put yourself on the other ship - they don't see their clock running slower. And when they look through their telescope, they see your clock running slow. It's another example of how two people, two observers, can give faithful accounts, but come up with different stories about what happens.
