How to Write a Legal Writing Assignment
You're going to need a story about how you ended up just using an exam answer writing something from scratch or why you couldn't use what you wrote in legal writing. I think ideally if you have any possibility of doing it you probably just want to use your 1L like legal writing work. It's a lot of work. I'm not sure I'd recommend it. Unless you actually want to do it but yeah you're right you're going to have to tell some believable story about why you can't just use you know your first year.
