Is Social Media a Source of Misbehaviour?

Social media is eating into what employees have traditionally thought of was ther private life, or at least private thought. Management are increasingly accessing social media through soft word and algorithm which seek to access comments the people are making on twitter, on facebook, and king what they say. There are some codes of conduct on social media in which fellow employees are required to report negative comments by other emp s to their line managers. And so this has become a source of increased conflict at work. It's very unlikely to be eliminated, particularly when a lot of the causes, unequal and unfair treatment, greater work intensity, show no signs of diminishing. But you know, the smart manager is first and foremost a
