New Licensing Requirements for Advanced and High Performance Computing
There are controls over foreign-made items through the use of an extraterritorial foreign direct product rule that I'll describe later if they are for advanced computing items or super computing applications. There are, there was a temporary general license issued for the GPUs and some of the compute activities to give them more time to finish up what they're doing in China and move. And then effective yesterday, US persons, whether it's an individual, somebody with a passport or a green card holder, exports of anything foreign-made from outside the United States will be controlled.
