Don't Close the Door on Pastoring

If you don't love this, and if you aren't experiencing some kind of encouragement in terms of a life change, it can be extremely discouraging. So i say to pastors when we have these conversations, look, ike you need to get out, get out, but don't give up. New seasons bring new energy, new opportunity.
