How Did You Get Into Game Design?

Justin, I saw just from my like grocery online research that you started off as a game designer at 2k games in China. And I was curious sort of how you got into game design and what were the most important takeaways that you really had from your time at 2k. Oh, and there wasn't as far as I could see, there wasn't a lot of spunky news in the past couple of weeks. So if there were discussions on the spunky rabbit holes he dives into, I didn't find them.
