The Placefulness of Conservation in Southern California

There's certainly a concentrated story along the coast in Southern California between the military and sea world. And also there was a marine park on the Palace Verdes Peninsula called the Marine Land of the Pacific that no longer exists, but there was an again tight, very close to Hollywood, right? So putting dolphins and TV and movies and such. But yeah, trying to excavate the place and placefulness of especially conservation here is partly because the Eastern Pacific Great Whale is a conservation quote success story. There have been some gains, but the combination of I think you know climate and habitat stress that is just intensifying now we're seeing the potential reversal and loss of those gains.
