Burnout

Even if you're doing a purposeful job, you can still end up feeling absolutely miserable and ted up because of the way we go about getting people to work. The state of the work place report that gallop does every couple of years says 85 percent o people ar kind of disengaged from their work. They haven't classified burnout as a disease, but they've classified it as a cause. And so all that stuff about poor mental health, poor physical health, i think, can be put at the door in large part at the way work is managed and work is run.
