The Effects of Amylose on Blood Glucose

There's no such thing as fructose without glucose in nature. Grains of starch is their polymerized glucose. Amylose has a lower glycemic index because it needs that alpha one four glucosidase, and some people don't have that muchalpha one fourglucosidase. When you when you're metabolizing amylose, your blood glucose goes up slowly. It goes like this and then comes down. And what that means is you're not getting a peak. The fact that sugar, table sugar, sucrose is both of these together. Oftentimes fructose way better than glucose is good.
