Are You in Micromanagement Mode?

When I'm in absentee management mode, I think one of the key signs are like, I'm surprised. Or I feel like I haven't connected with people for a long time. And sometimes it's like both of those things are not actually signs that I'm in at practicing absentee management but they're good signals for me to listen to and pay attention to. On the other end of the spectrum, I feel like the sign that I am in micromanagement mode is that is when I feeling like I'm making a decision or doing something that I would expect someone else on the team to do. That's for me. Those are the signs that I look for.
