Why Isn't Everyone Trying to Make Health Care Free?

The overall trend in the western world is clearly to not let patients control their money. The biggest supporter of medicare, medicate, boma care ar aare not the people enrolled in those programmes - they at least don't want you to take something away from them. But the biggest supporters are the folks in the health care industry who receive those government subsidies. And so it's very difficult to get rid of for that reason. Even though democracy, the majority is supposed to win, we can't get rid of these programmes because we can't organize enough to overcome lobbying.
