Sam Bankman Fried was held up as this Wizkid genius pushing effective altruism. To me, it was just very clear cut that there was a massive con-gaming play. He definitely should not have been someone that anyone trusted. The real shame of all of this is those people are going to come out of this just fine. If anything, they're getting crazy engagement numbers, the best engagement numbers they've ever gotten.
