The History of Ultra Running

england really started it all, even back in the 17 hundred. If if americans were doing well in it, they would then go to europe or england to compete against the brits. The big difference the war was ultra running was no longer just a professional sport. But once you get into the sixties and seventies, it started opening up for anybody who was interested in it.
