The Importance of Listening to the Client's Story

It's really important to listen to the client's story or subjective to sort of really figure out what's going on. We're not prying, but we are trying to get some level of insight into are they under any pressure or stress. I know it's going to be a good consult if the runner ends up in tears while I tell me their story. If you can just zip your lips for long enough and let the story unfold, 95% of our diagnostic job is done in that story.
