The 14th Amendment and the US Government's Debt Crisis

The administration is deliberately leaking the fact that it's being discussed. The others, they don't want to talk about. Every one of these possible solutions runs the possibility that the Supreme Court or Fed might say no. But there is a game here which puts somebody in the position of being the last person who can force the US government into default on its debt.
