How to Write a Cinema 12.4?

I've written scenarios involving two actors over the years. Each scenario is a different challenge in terms of lighting and camera movement. They each get a day with the actors on the set to tell the story on 35 millimeter. And then they were shooting three perps, so they've got about five minutes of screen.
