Justin Twine

Justin Twine was an unknown person, had no idea why he would be in Jim Short's house or his life. He really had some criminal history over there, nothing that stood out to them necessarily. If it is Twine who committed this torture homicide, it shows me more of a lack of prior planning and staying within the nature of the injuries. They were interested to know why, how and where he was now.
