No sanction worth its salt can fail to have con quences from the savsor on. And i think that is writ very large in the oil and gas markets. The situation we face is not a supply one, it's a price one. We are looking at accelerating things like energy certificates for housing. But all these things take, you know, ye, you don't lick your fingers on have a non clear rheactor.
