Use Body Language to Avoid Violence

With just awareness and good voice and good body language, you can avoid almost every situation. There's just a few really unlucky situations where the violence is too sudden or fast to avoid. And in those situations, you have to fight. Might you fight or you die? Do you choose to be a victim, or do you fight? If you choose kindness, then you die. Maybe your children die, maybe your wife or husband dies. That's evil. You're not choosing that fight. But if they choose to fight you,you have to fight back. It's really just unlucky. Sometimes we're unlucky."
