How to Build Credibility in a Non Technical Domain?
I avoid putting too much pressure on single successes or big wins because then those failures turn into this massive liability. We just kept focusing on the work itself and just continuing to sharpen our skills and build our craft. I still have some major issues but I'm working through it. So, you know, something that actually I'm very curious about is understanding how to get maybe it's the respective peers when you're coming from an onto a non technical domain.
