How Many Inbetween Steps Do You Need to Get to the Point?

We always already have some kind of structure in our head. What i really would recommend to do when you set up your system is to write down what are the topics you want to continue to work on, and how would you structure that? So am iva page where i have an over view of everything i'm working on, thinking about. And then add new pieces of information to but it's not hard wired into the system, so it will evolve overtime.
