The Perspective of Every Stakeholder in Our Program
JP: I'm really trying to ask questions in a way that helped me understand the perspective of every stakeholder in our program. And what you come to find is that I get seven or eight different perspectives on what those practices were like. The players that were just, we had one or two very beginning basketball players in the same gym as a couple of all state kids. They affect in how those players responded or showed up at those practices because of the story that they were telling themselves.
