It's your response to the urge that might lead to some problems. So it has the urge and that's okay. We can kind of let it be there, let it live inside of us. And we're just finding new ways to relate to that urge so that we don't feel like we have to act on it. The same is true for urges, where if you don't kind of feed into them, they usually don't last longer than 30 minutes.
