I was a mouth breather when i was sleeping, so i've been taping my mouth. And if i'm doing cardio, try to just really focus on nasal breathing tor that. I noticed i invited some guys over, pretty tough guys, working out with and i could train and lift really heavy, but my recovery, i was less like puffing and puffing between sets on s like men. So o need o win game in the house, tom i do. But it's a constollation of all these things together that are going to be superimportant for your overall energy,. which will translate to productivity...and longevity.
