Martin and Rachel dig into the sometimes difficult world of working in independent schools in the UK, commonly known as 'private schools' or 'public schools'. They look into how do we as youth workers navigate supporting the young people who have tens of thousands of pounds behind the career path chosen for them.

Also, this month is the 20 year anniversary of 'No Sex Please, we're teenagers..' a social experiment documentary that Rachel Gardner hosted, and we look at what the 2025 equivalent is.
